Situation
The International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), managed by a one-person administrator, wanted a professional staff with depth of expertise to refine and build the organization's systems and programs.
History
The International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA), a federation of market analysis societies and associations in 28 countries, has an impressive international certification program. The test, which was a paper-based testing system, made it necessary to ship tests and paper around the world. Coordination for hosting and administering was a challenge. MSP has changed the test to an online, secure testing system, offering year round, testing in multiple languages.
