Situation

Managed by part-time clerical staff, ACMA wanted to move to a more professional and consistent management situation.

History

The American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA) is an invitation-0nly professional society made up of Fellows who are involved in large, commercial mortgages. ACMA has been an MSP client since 1998, having transitioned from a one-person administrator to MSP. Collegiality and networking are very important to ACMA Fellows. Consequently, their two meetings per year are held at high-end resorts or hotels around the country. While continuing education is a key component of each meeting, equally important are the social events that provide an opportunity for the fellows and their spouses to reconnect and continue life-long friendships. Overtime, MSP has set up a fully integrated database, which tracks participation and the history of each member. Attention to detail and deadlines are also very important to ACMA Fellows. From their membership directory to the National Mortgage Law Summary, we deliver a quality product on time every time.

  • Market and manage annual meeting from site selection to speaker and onsite logistics
  • Facilitate Board of Regents meeting
  • Update, design and print membership directory
  • Manage the production of the National Mortgage Law Summary
  • Design, produce and distribute newsletter

ACMA's membership and meeting attendance have each doubled since MSP has been its AMC.
