Member Services Manager
Member Services Manager Shannon Sperati handles two of MSP's clients, overseeing membership promotion and retention, committee support, and membership updates. She has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, has a great deal of database management experience, and superior customer service skills. Before joining MSP, she spent six years doing data conversions in veterinary management, and provided tier two technical support to her software clients.
