Penny Willocks
Vice President, Operations & Communications

As Vice President of Operations & Communications, Penny Willocks serves as a member of MSP’s Senior Management Team and helps develop company strategy and policies. Additionally, she oversees MSP's smooth, production process, anticipating needs on both the supply and staffing sides, and providing guidance and motivation as needed for peak staff performance. Penny brings her 30 years of leadership experience in both entrepreneurial and volunteer arenas to MSP. As president of a regional association, she was part of growing the program, membership and volunteer base. Because of her dedication and contribution, Penny is one of very few Honorary Life Members of that organization. Penny helped to found, and served as, the first President of the Maryland Coalition for Gifted and Talented Education. As a regional trainer for an international organization, Penny created training materials, presented instructive and motivational lectures for thousands of distributors and developed an Internet, real-time teaching/training venue for distributors around the world to help them grow their businesses. Penny brings enthusiasm, energy, and problem-solving skills that help to foster the positive team-building environment that support MSP's outstanding association management services. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
