Beth W. Palys, FASAE, CAE
President

MSP's founder and president, Beth W. Palys has a wealth of experience in association management. She has built an outstanding reputation as a professional who works well with volunteer boards and "gets it done."

Beth began her career as the executive director of the Landscape Contractors Association MD•DC•VA (LCA). After 10 years, LCA became MSP's first client and remains with the company to this day. Since then, Beth has built MSP to a dynamic, well-respected and successful Association Management Company (AMC) and MSP's outstanding staff of experts serves our clients with the attentiveness of a boutique firm. Over the years, Beth has also served as the executive director for a number of MSP clients including the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, American Society of Consulting Arborists, International Federation of Technical Analysts and Association of Language Companies.

Beth served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and was one of only seven to be named to ASAE's 2008 class of Fellows. She is a past Chair of ASAE's Key Association Management Company (AMC) Committee and is past chair of ASAE's AMC Section Council. She currently serves on ASAE's Executive Advisory Council. Beth also served on several councils for the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives (GWSAE) and chaired the Certified Association Executive Council.
